I provide an all inclusive service that ensures you receive invoices with costs as originally quoted.
Care should be taken when comparing prices from commercial photographers. The majority of photographers add travel time to and from location, burning images to DVD, supplying high resolution files, providing hard copy thumbnail contact sheets and most importantly assigning copyright for images created, as extra costs.
My fees are all inclusive and will include everything, even the copyright for you to be able to use your photographs in the way that best suits your requirements.
You will be paying me for the use of my expertise, skill, time and equipment, along with the copyright to the images, if that is what you want. My fee rates reflect this. Where travel beyond 20 miles of Lincoln is necessary then I will add a travel charge of 40 pence per mile to your quote.
If you do not require the copyright then I also offer a 12 month unlimited usage licence where you are free to use the photographs selected from your shoot where and how you like.
For your quote I factor in the time it will take to get to the shoot, time spent at the shoot and time required to produce the finished images for your requirements, either for printing, use on the web or both. If specialist equipment is required then you will be informed of what that would be and the hire charges so that you can make a decision on whether to go ahead or not.
You will receive an itemised quote that will give you the specific details of all actions, work to be carried out, items included and charges associated with those actions and items. Payment terms are 7 days prior to the date of the shoot unless agreed otherwise.
When you receive your quote it will be the final figure – there are no hidden charges.

Please Note:
The prices listed above are for guidance purposes as each quote is based on your specific details. When comparing my fees with other quotes make sure that you are comparing like with like and that a lower quote is not going to hit you with additional charges that I include in my quote. Also check that they give you copyright to your photographs or a ‘Usage Licence’ or you may find that you get charged extra for usage of the photographs.
